Scholarship Information

Family Practice Centers offers a Science Scholarship to students at 3 local high schools. They are Jefferson County High School, Cocke County High School and Cosby High School. There will be 1 student chosen from Jefferson County and 1 or 2 chosen for Cocke County and Cosby High School. The applicant must be seeking a four-year Bachelor of Science degree with plans to enter a science related field. Jefferson County Scholarship will be for $1000.00 and Cocke County Scholarship will be for $2000.00. The applicaton and rules are available to download. The applications must be turned back in by April 15th 2010 to Family Practice Center.
